Terms of Use

This End User License Agreement (“Agreement”) is between you (“you” or “User”) and PLAYRIOT LLC (“we,” “us,” or “Company”) for the use of the DealShield mobile application (the “App”). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by this Agreement.

1. License grant

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use the App on Apple-branded products that you own or control, in accordance with the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions and this Agreement.

3. Plans

DealShield Pro is offered in two different shapes, and it matters which one you pick:

• 30-Day Deal Pass — a one-time purchase granting 30 days of Pro access from the moment you buy. It does not renew, it cannot be cancelled because there is nothing to cancel, and access simply ends when the 30 days are up. To keep Pro after that, you buy again or start a subscription.
• Weekly and Yearly subscriptions — auto-renewing plans, subject to the renewal terms in section 4.

Plan options and pricing are shown on the in-app paywall at the time of purchase and may vary by region. Local prices shown in the App are authoritative.

4. Auto-renewal terms (weekly and yearly subscriptions only)

These terms do not apply to the 30-Day Deal Pass, which never renews.

• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
• The subscription renews automatically unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the disclosed renewal price.
• You can manage or cancel in Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions, or via Manage Subscription in the App. The Deal Pass does not appear there, because it is not a subscription.

5. Free trial

If a free trial is offered with a Pro subscription, it applies to first-time subscribers only. If you do not cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends, you will be charged the regular price and the subscription will renew automatically. Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription. The 30-Day Deal Pass has no free trial — you pay once, up front, and that is the only charge.

6. Refunds & restoring purchases

All purchases are processed by Apple via the App Store. Refund requests must be submitted to Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com — we do not process refunds directly. To recover an existing entitlement on a new device, tap Restore Purchases on the paywall.

7. Acceptable use & recording laws

You agree not to reverse engineer, modify, or create derivative works from the App, or use it to violate any law or third-party right. This includes state-specific consent-to-record laws when using Live Coach: in all-party-consent states you must obtain everyone’s consent before recording. DealShield prompts you to confirm before each session; compliance is your responsibility.

8. Disclaimer & limitation of liability

THE APP IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PLAYRIOT LLC IS NOT LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY PURCHASE DECISION YOU MAKE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE APP IN THE 12 MONTHS PRIOR TO THE CLAIM.

9. Changes

We may update this Agreement as the App evolves. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
